Hi Geoffrey, there is a tiny chance they will agree to postpone but you need to contact the lender immediately (bank in this case) and provide the evidence that you are a serious buyer (this can include a signed purchase agreement and proof of funds). Knowing somebody who can speed up the process at the branch would definitely help.

Hi Richie,

For the most accurate information, it's best to search directly at the source. I recommend starting with the New York City Department of Finance: https://a836-acris.nyc.gov/DS/DocumentSearch/Index.

Select the district you are interested in investing in, and then search for homeowners in that area.

Best regards,

Peter

The most widely adopted is Canva. It's affordable and easy to use. For Marketing we're using HubSpot which can be pretty costly but it's good.

When bidding on a foreclosed property in an online auction in Worcester, Massachusetts, besides financial analysis, you should conduct thorough due diligence by researching the property's title to check for any liens or unpaid taxes, inspecting the property's condition if possible, and understanding the local market trends. You can utilize online resources such as the Worcester County Registry of Deeds (https://massrods.com/worcester/) for title searches, Realtor (https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-search/Worcester_MA) for market analysis, and Auction.com (https://www.auction.com/) for auction-specific details and property information.

Hi @Thurben James, the area boasts affordable property prices and potential for high ROI, especially with ongoing local economic initiatives. However, it also faces economic difficulties, high vacancy rates, and slower property appreciation compared to booming markets.

If you're an out-of-state investor without local contacts, examining census data can provide valuable insights into Youngstown, Ohio. This data will help you understand the city's demographics, housing market, and economic conditions. Census profile for Youngstown:
