Nick Rutkowski the only reason I was saying could do things to you dork their liking is if I had a contract on it at a set price already before doing any of their improvements etc. It's just an idea I was pondering.

Yes I am selling to a retail buyer. I am the investor I bought the property and have done a complete full rehab and I am almost finished I was just wondering if anyone's thoughts about best ways of showing to a retail buyer. We all know how people are when they look at a property don't like the paint color etc. was wondering if it was a good idea to find someone and finish it to their liking's. Or just finish it then market it. But that puts me behind the game.

Good morning had a question, I am working on my biggest rehab yet. I am getting drywall installed I was wondering has anyone ever started marketing for showing the property to people before completed? To try to get a contract on it or people interested? I am wanting to get it out there so people know about it and start showing it. But I'm not sure if it's a good idea when you're trying to get best value of the property. Or if it's nice to find a buyer and can do finishing touches to there liking? Any help or words are greatly appreciated thank you.

Hi, i was wondering what / how the process works with a real estate investment company on the sales side. Like can I sell other homeowners houses and clients with out a real estate license? I have seen it done just don't know all the laws behind it. Anyone with any education on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Good morning everyone. I started a real estate investing business in august of last year. Right now i am mainly doing rehabs and rentals. I am wanting to get someones experience on the wholesaling process, from contract to assigning it over to the new owner. I really want to see if this way of things is something that would work well in the areas i'm working in and be able to help build the company.

@Christina R. No not all of the calls are under market values, some people think there stuff is golden like always. But alot of the properties that come across my desk could potentially be more under market with some negotiating etc Also some of them are complete junk. Have you done alot of wholesaling ?

I have been learning about wholesaling but still getting the wholesale process down as with the contract and how the whole transaction works. Do you have experience in wholesaling?
