Aaron,

Thank you very much! ... I spoke to Joe yesterday... exactly the person I have been looking for. I am really looking forward to working with him.

Thanks again!

Hello BP,

I am looking for an experienced "investor friendly" attorney in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Paul

Thank you Brian. I found your article useful, but it is still latin to me. I might look into finding a mentor to "show me" how the exact steps go.

Thanks!

Hi all,

I am fairly new to wholesaling. I have been teaching myself the basics for a year now through pod casts, internet research and the occasional REIA meeting. I have done direct mail campaigns, and signs. I have a met with sellers and am comfortable working with people, how ever, I am having difficulty understanding how to structure a deal with little to no equity...

Any advice is much appretiated!

Thanks!

Paul
