Does anyone think that it will be hard trying to find a good CPA to work with when you are a newbie? Then again, not only a CPA but as far as finding good people in general, like real estate agents, contractors, or wholesalers. Wouldn't they turn you away as soon as they notice that you are a newbie? :roll:

My name is Quiaunte Murray. I am new to real estate and have been diligently learning all i can about it for the past few weeks. I must say thay i have actually learned a lot more than i thought i would learn. I am originally from Detroit, Mi and moved here a little over 2 months ago to finish school and get into real estate. Right now my focus is to continue to learn all i can from anyone willing to teach me anything about real estate. I have the Armondo Montelongo flip and grow rich program and it is a great start but after reading most of the post on here i think i could have learned more from you guys :cool: . Right now my goals are finding a team that will help me get to the success level that i am striving for.
