Post: Rehab App for iPad?

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know of, use or can recommend an app for the iPad that can create a 2-D floor plan of a house or apartment but also includes professional notations for where the light switches, outlets and other mechanicals of the house are located or relocated.  I could care less for the 3-D feature and all the furnishings.  Ideally I'd like to use an app that I can create a floor plan and share that plan with my contractors.

Hi everyone!

What a great site for real estate investors of all types! Really happy to be a part of it.

I'm a self-employed business owner that's transitioning into a new career into real estate investing. I currently own a 17,000 sq. ft. commercial building for my printing business and would like to get into multi's and flips in the future. Probably like most people just starting out, I know enough to get me in trouble but not enough to pull the trigger.

I'm looking forward to meeting like-minded investors and educating myself through this website. Thanks!
