Hello Josh, can this home be bought via traditional loan?

Hey Kelton,

I am new to all this, i would suggest get on the House Hacking route.

That'll be your start, and help the seller find buyers.

See if you can work somthing out.

These properties, are they located in Frsico?

I will need to try this out myself...

thanks for sharing

Brilliant advise from everyone so far, Marcus, notice that everyone whom has been giviing you advise is a PLUS or PRO member, usually this means they are serious about Real Estate Investing. I am on the same boat as you,  Try to jump on BP everyday with a goal in mind, I would also suggest write down your ULTIMATE goal, and your WHY. Why are you investing in real estate? I would also suggest to do 1 of 2 things, 1) BP offers a free video course, it breaks down Real Estate in a way that you can understand. 2) Is the book (PDF) The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investing, this book is a quick read and easy to read.  These two options you can find under the EDUCATION TAB.

Hello All,

Would a Wholesaler be welcomed to this meet up? I do this for my self i dont work for any quiote- un quote wholesaling giants. I would appreciate if i could meet fellow investors to help you find deals.

I'm with Mark Allen, do your home work, get on the Ellis appraisal site, find the taxes for each property, see that he owns each and every property. Ask if it is possible to see the homes, and if you have a realtor friend, see if he/she can do CMA for you

You will not get a loan with no money down, I would say to House Hack.

Look at duplexes and buy that on a loan, put in a good down payment, and rent the other half. That tenant will help you pay off your loan and gain some equity on your home pretty quickly.
