The rental market seems pretty stable since 2016 when I purchased my property. SAFB definitely aids in keeping the rental market afloat.

George, I see you are part of Illinois REIA and that the group meets periodically. When is the next meeting? I'm planning a trip there in about a month and would like to attend.

Hello BP family! My name is Rachele and I’m excited to learn about creating wealth through real estate investing. Im currently unemployed as I was laid off at the end of 2018 after working for a Fortune 500 company for nearly 15 years. During that time I had the “pleasure” of moving 5 times to various places within the US. I purchased a few homes during this time, selling all but 1 of them. I have a single family home in Belleville, IL of which is currently rented. I’m looking at exploring more opportunities in that area seeing how I used to live there and still have a strong connection. I took a few months off for relaxation but now in the search for a regular full time job while at the same time trying to expand my side business in real estate.  I’m really excited to be part of this family and look forward to sharing with you all on my journey!
