Hey there. I'm new to BP and new(ish) to real estate investing. Looking to wholesale until I get enough capital to start doing some fix and flips and buy and holds. Hoping to make some new connections and build a strong network! I went to my first MIG meeting this month and plan to join in April. Open to any and all advice!

Hello everyone! 

I'm new to investing and I'm starting to see some deals come in. WOOHOO right?!

I'm trying to build my dream team and I'm having trouble finding an investor friendly realtor in Memphis. Hoping to establish a partnership where I swap leads for searchs on the MLS. Does anyone have this type of partnership or a different one that may work better? Any suggestions on realtors? Any other tips for a new investor?
