Looking to purchase a home as my primary residence. The condo I am interested in has renters that are hoping another investor will buy so they can continue to rent, they have been there over 5 years. Is there a way to let them stay with out the bank concidering this an investment property as I don’t have 20% to put down. I have a very inexpensive place to live and not opposed to letting renters stay 6 - 12 months.
