@Meghan CarsonThanks for your comment! I mentioned those cities because they appear to have relatively affordable home prices and promising economic growth, in contrast to the high cost of homes in DFW and Houston. But with being huge metroplexes, I’m sure there are good deals to be found in the right pockets of the city. I'd love to chat more, will send you a DM!

Hi all,
I've just started investing with one SFH and looking to expand to more properties (hopefully MFH) as long term rentals. Have been looking into Abilene, Lubbock, and New Braunfels. Would love to connect with some knowledgeable realtors and property managers to work with. Thanks for all the great info in these forums!
