Hello, I was wondering if there is any investors here in Utah that would be able to tell me how they go about locating their deals? I've tried online searches and have a realtor as well but so far I haven't been able to locate any good ones. Is that just because it is a very competitive market right now? Or, am I just going about this the wrong way? Thank you!!

I'm just getting started in the investing field and I'm very excited! I'm 19 years old and will be buying my first home within the next few months and plan to do a live-in flip to get myself started in the industry. I'm on BiggerPockets mostly looking for any tips/advice that experienced investors can give me to help me get started. Looking forward to meeting you all!!
