@Alex Scattareggia Big fan of the insights you've been sharing here about the Mexico market. Thank you for sharing. My business partner and I are actually looking at a Tulum property. It will be one of the few developments right along the beach where there isn't much development currently and doesn't seem like there will be at least due to the building regulations. Do you think there's a risk of over-saturation? Part of our decision is also due to the airport and train system that are forecasted to be built there in the next year.

Hi all,

My business partner and I are looking at investing in a STR unit in Tulum, Mexico under an LLC. We will be paying for the property in cash only but will need to open up a business bank account for the payments and cashflow. Looking for business bank options that have low fees and are Mexico/international payment friendly in the US. Good digital infrastructure ideal. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

Rachel

Post: Looking for contract agreement for STR co-ownership

Hi all,

Does anyone have a sample agreement for co-ownership? My business partner and I are looking for a simple agreement to serve as a basis for acquiring properties together. Our goal is to build a portfolio of investment properties together globally. She is based in the US and I am in Costa Rica but we don't intend to be region-specific in our acquisitions (eyeing Mexico as a first run).

We don't know what we don't know so any information is appreciated.

Thanks,

Rachel
