Good (Morning/Afternoon/Evening),

I'm new to both REI and Biggerpockets and wanted to introduce myself.

I'm a 34 year old Database Administrator renting in Westford, MA. My wife and I are looking to create supplemental positive cash flow while we retain our current careers, and have decided to look towards a multi-unit property rather than a single family for our first property purchase (living in one unit until we purchase another property). We plan to attend the NEREIA meeting next month as well as The Boston Investor's meeting. I hope to meet and see some of you there as well.

As a side note, we've been looking in our immediate area (Westford, Groton, Chelmsford, etc) and it seems like the chance of finding a multi-unit that would offer a chance at positive cash flow are slim. Any locals have input?
