Hello to the BP community,

My name is Rafael Uriarte i am a real estate agent out of Los Angeles, CA area. Still fairly new to RE, ive been an agent for about 5 months now. My goal is to become an investor and also an investor friendly agent. BP has been such a huge help in my learnings, and i hope to connect and network with a lot of you in here.

Hey Rafael. Go to meetup.com and look up local investor meetings near you. Attend, listen and learn from each one you go to. Network and share your goals and your ability to spend the time to benefit others (wholesaling is popular because it can be time heavy with door knocking which requires no upfront money)

I wouldn't go in asking for mentors, but instead just networking and being consistent with showing your face and being available.

Anyways, there is a lot to learn and its just getting started, so good luck and have fun

Hey nabil, thanks a lot for your input. Great info

Hello guys,

I am new here to BP community seeking to gain knowledge and experience in flipping/Rehabbing homes in the Los Angeles area. Ive heard a couple podcasts on this topic and also read some books but i want the real life experience. If there is any investors out there looking for young, hungry and motivated apprentice i am your guy. I am ready to put in the work necessary to succeed.
