I'm looking for a good contractor to do full interior renovation of a 4 -plex in Huntsville,AL.

Looking for Real estate agent in Cleveland ,Oh.  Need somebody that's wiling to work with investor out of the state.

Also looking for recommendations for small banks , in Cleveland.

Hello Everyone , glad to be here.  Just trying to soak up as much knowledge as i can, and i can't think of  better place than Bigger Pockets.

So here is my first question. 

After driving around my town i found few houses that cought my eye,  i found  out that one of them was abandoned few years ago. Owner died and his son is nowhere to be found, 

Is there anything i can do to find him or I'm better off moving on.
