Thanks a lot for your insights. It is really appreciated.

Hi, I would like to know if anybody has been buying a Multifamily Apts using the BRRR strategy?

If yes is this strategy better than using the traditional method of financing the deal with 70%LTV bank mortgage?

Finally, I have 500,000 USD cash to invest in such a deal and I am looking for an investor/partner who has experience and a track record on this market in the LA area.

Thanks a lot in advance for your advice and help.

Hi, I can see that tuition is around $ 6000  and enrolment start the 15th of march. They is not much info about Abraham online. I really would like to attend the course but it is strange that they aren't so few details about it when I search online.

if anyone has some more info, it would be greatly appreciated.

thx
