Does anybody have some real estate agents in Philadelphia or nearby that work a lot with the VA loan. Right now I am working with a redfin real estate agent but I don't feel he fully understands what I want and how I want to use the VA loan. I am looking to get a multifamily property and utilize the 0% down benefit of my VA loan. Any recommendations would help.

I’m looking into a few duplexes in the northeast and I might be pulling the trigger soon. First property so I was wondering if anybody in the philly area has a good  appraiser and some contractors they would recommend.

I live in Philadelphia and have recently become fascinated (obsessed) with the idea of using real estate to build wealth and passive income. I want to get into the rental business. I'm currently saving money for a down payment/renovations. I'm eligible for a VA loan as well. Just looking for any advice on getting started. The do's and don't. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
