Does anybody know of any small business grants available to real estate investors. I've eonly done a small amount of research on the subject. And was wondering if anybody here on the forums have used a grant, or might be able to point me in the right direction?

Looking to ask some questions about a few neighborhoods in Baltimore MD. If anybody has the time, I'd like to add value to you as well.

Filed my registration with the state of PA on the 6th of January, to form my LLC and haven't gotten any news on the status of my filing. I tired to call the state department directly, but the phone number just says that they're not answering phone calls right now.

Does anybody know of a way to get in contact with someone who can answer my questions about my filing?

I'm tired of working so hard and having nothing to show for it. My entire family has had next to nothing, its time to change that and leave something behind when I'm gone.

Good day BP community,

I recently started a Wholesaling company with one of my best friends, turned business partner. I chose Wholesaling to start so that our company would have a way to build capital to invest into buy and hold deals later down the line. specifically student housing in center city Philadelphia.

With that said I've been seeing a lot of grievances with wholesalers and that portion of the industry in general. so much so that Philadelphia, and other cities have passed legislation against wholesaling.

What are some of the things that you have seen wholesalers do that harm the industry, and how can my company flip the script on this narrative?
