Thanks for your reply. We are in Coppell ... I think both locations would work out approximately to be same the distance from where we are.

Folks,

I'm new to BP... Me and my wife are also starting out our rental property portfolio. 

We are primarily interested in investing in single family rentals. We are exploring rental markets in Keller, TX and Allen, TX/McKinney, TX. I was wondering if folks here on BP can share their experience renting properties in this area or could give us general pointers on what to expect relative to rental incomes, occupancy, etc.
