How staged are those home repair television shows? I've learned a lot by watching them but I'm just curious. What do you think?

@Kristopher K.....That's my current dilemma. How do i justify a PO Box with only 2 single family rentals?

@Michael Siekerka....Great point in regards to going on vacation. My primary address is available via public records though I'm sure not all tenants will check them.

@Patrick L...My concern is not so much tenants knowing where I live because in my town all that information is available in the public records. I just feel like I should have a separate business address when dealing with my investment properties.

If your not using a property manager, how do you prefer to receive your rents? Do you give your primary residence address or do you use a P.O. Box?

@Jeff S.....I plan on keeping my regular bank account open being that i have been banking with them for so many years. Why close it now? I still plan on opening an account with a credit union. I just want to leave all my doors open.
