Thank you all for getting in touch with me. In answer to the various questions: no I don't have my license any longer, and have no money outside of my IRA to invest. I have thought of Phoenixville as a good place to invest, but at this point I could probably only be a wholesaler until I build some capital.

I'm a retired orthodontist. A year after retiring I obtained my real estate license to practice in Pennsylvania. I did this for four years and then retired from that profession. I have now been retired from my first profession as an orthodontist for 15 years, am 85 yrs. old and have become somewhat bored with retirement. i have been entirely responsible for the investment of my money in an IRA, but last year was a downer as far as the stock market goes, and I am starting to get low on money and would like to supplement my retirement income.
