Thank you guys/ladies for welcoming me....

I have a question, as you'll know I'm new to bigger pockets and I'm even newer to real estate investing. I recently purchased a tax deed property and I'm am going to rehab it and flip it. I wanted to look into getting some funding but i am not able to do so because of credit and other various things. I tried a couple of the private/hard money landers that are recommended from this site and they two were unable to give me a loan. Some told me that they don't loan in that city and others told me the value was to low. Wanted to seek some advise in getting some help...(p.s i already started the rehab process)

Thank you guys for listening

Thanks for replying Joe,

wholesaling doesn't sound like a bad idea, unfortunately I already started the rehab process and have completed the demo stage. I wanted to go through the entire process with this being my first tax deed.
