 I'm new to the business just looking to learn as much as i can first... any sugestion on where to beging learning, what to read first, I'm  interested in buy & hold...then once i master that, I'll move to commercial.. All sugestions are welcome.. I'm also looking for a mentor for florida market in tampa bay..Thank you again.
