@Brian Boyd Hi Brian, Im out here in E. Tn., I purchased a property at a great price, spent about 25k and 6 months on rehab. The goal was to have all repairs and rehab complete by Mar. 15, 20. The plan is to sell it on a lease-option.
But now this has happened. Do you think I should stick to my original plan?

Found a property, $92000 (arv)
Needs approx $30k in repairs.
Owners willing to take $35k.
Also, properry has second lot with trailor on it, already rented and worth $450 month in rent.
I can fix & flip, or keep properties for about $1400-$1500 rent per month.
—Questions----
1) How to find financing here in
S.E. Tennessee.
2) Which type of financing would be best?
