I'm looking at a SFR home with a section 8 tenant in place and would like to stay, my question is how do I go about acquiring the section 8 tenant would I fill out some type of form to have the payments made to me?
Would the property have to be re-inspected by section 8?
Any information on the process would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking into putting each of my rental properties into a land trust with an LLC being the beneficiary and another LLC being the operating management company. My question is does the operating LLC have to deposit the funds into a bank account held by the trustee, then to the bank account held in the name of the holding LLC?

I have looked at several services, I like that Rentigo has no monthly fee and $1 ACH payments, also like that the portal lets Tenant submit repair request.

Any one ever used "Rentigo" for rent collections?
