My favorite is Gary Eldred's 'Investing in Real Estate' - and I've read lots of books. Be sure to get the 7th edition (published 2012). The 6th edition is on audible, which is also good (pub. 2009). I've also read many of the great suggestions on this and other threads here. Thanks for sharing everyone!
