@Tim G. - no worries, dude! I'm glad you understand the importance of this from a marketing standpoint. Especially in The Digital Age. 

There are a lot of mixed reviews and opinions on this forum, which can make the process a little confusing for a person just starting out in REI. So again, thank you for sharing how you made this vehicle work for you. I will do my research and dig deeper.

Re: Web, are you talking about email campaigns or sites like craigslist?

@Joshua D. Great advice and thanks for the tips. I came in contact with a buyer who is looking to invest in 3 properties in the area and I guess I don't want to lose him to another wholesaler/realtor because: 1. I am still very new at this, and 2. unable to deliver. He seems very eager.

@Kevin Fox starting out as a wholesaler. the buyer is interested in flippers.
