@Greg Dickerson thank you for the advice, its been a challenge trying to find a good investment company or someone to partner with but I'm up for the challenge, this is why I love commercial real estate bc there is so much to learn.

I'm new to commercial real estate and I've been educating myself more and more each day but I dont have much money to invest and I was wondering if anyone can help me out and tell me what I need to do to make things happen.
