Hi I am looking into purchasing a 6U MF  in doing so i am looking into PM i came across a few:

1. Cogo Capital - reviews i read were negative

2. http://www.realestateprivatebank.com - did not find any info but the Q&A section on the site answered many of my questions

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself officially although I have been a BP member for about a year, I just became a PRO member. I'm looking to leverage BP so that I may become a confident REI in doing so I've been reviewing plenty of PDFs, blogs, forums, webinars, to self-edcuate myself.

Although new and I have experienced partnerships that just didn't work out I decided to go on this on my own and looking to purchase my first rental property. I currently work from home as a F/T Sr. I.T. consultant but REI has always been a "TO DO" passion and looking to invest PT as a short-term goal and eventually transition to a f/t REI.

In addition to networking with others for further guidance I am looking for a REA friendly investor as I live in the Montclair, NJ area and currently targeting Plainfield and Jersey City NJ for now and possibly invest outside of NJ.

In addition, to rental properties I'm also interested in doing flips and rehabs but I will not nose dive into these areas until I am fully educated.
