My name is Raul Sanchez I am a Real Estate Broker that mostly only works with real estate investors. I've been a Broker for 21 years and the last 3 years I've been only dealing with investors and investing for myself. I live in Cape Coral, FL in the Southwest Coast of Florida. I am looking to expand my personal real estate portfolio to create enough passive income to slowly leave the brokerage aspect of real estate and solely dedicate my time to personal investing. I've known of BiggerPockets for years and have always listen to their podcast and YouTube videos but finally decided to join the forums and network.
