That was some great insight by someone experienced like you . I would definitely look into the cities you discussed around Phoenix. Please share any local contacts for wholesalers or realtors if you have . I am always open to any partnerships if you have ever something you looking to go in with some partners . We have done five flips this year so far in our hometown in CA . The deal flow is low and prices are high in our area . Really appreciate your feedback !

I would Like to get some feedback on AZ RE market . What cities are good for flips in AZ & if the returns/spreads on rehab properties are better than CA.

Hello Leland

The first thing you can do is to join a local REIA (Real Estate Investor Association) in your city. Try to meet some local realtors those actively work with investors. Educate yourself by listening to Biggerpockets Podcast its`s free and you can listen to it while driving to work and so forth.
