I would think you could cap the maximum number of occupants, but I don't think you can charge more based on that number.

Hello, my name is Ray Hovorka and I am an oil & gas professional from Cypress, Texas. My only real estate experience is renting out a former residence for eight years. I am a member of Lifestyles Unlimited and have taken a detailed two day training course on the basics of single family houses. We recently sold the home and I am looking to pick up another rental again. I am looking for a 3/2 right now. I want to pick up three homes by the end of 2017. I’m ready for some CASH FLOW!
