@Scott Wolf

Scott thank you so much for the advice! I’m looking for long-term investment and not cash flow. What do you think?

@Raul R.

For a good condo in that area how much are they going for? Also, what areas should I look for that’ll be a good investment?

I want to start flipping homes in Oregon and Washington state. Should I open an LLC or a corporation every time I purchase a home and want to flip it? I currently have a C Corp. that I want to utilize the money from to purchase the houses. I'm trying to find out the best way to approach this.
