Hi BP-So here is my question.I have a HELOC for 100K,I used 95k to buy and rehab a Multifamily which is fully rented now. I got cash in my saving,which I can use to pay back the HELOC immediately or I should just use my savings to get a next investment property and used rental income to pay HELOC.

Hi BP! I'm a newbie to real estate.My name is Raymond living in Southington CT area. I'm a full time employee in Human services for 9 years. I have been thinking about Investing in real estate for a while but was Analysis Paralysis. I have taken the necessary steps to educate myself by reading many books in real estate. My gold is to have at least 1 property under my belt(buy and hold)by the end of the year. I'm willing to learn and grow in real estate just need a mentor to take me under his/her wing or perhaps point me in the right directions with their experience. I'm trying to invest in any CT area that would be a good investment with steady cash flow.
