Hello,
I'm Raymond i am new to Port St. Lucie FL. I just moved from Orlando FL. But since I don't know much of the area and the plans that this city is going threw I will need to learn more about the area and development that PSL has for the future and build my power team. I am looking forward to my first deal. Any locals in the area that don't mind to JV with me let me know.

After Finding a Deal in Saint Clod Florida. A 3/2 home with a cottage 1/1 AVR $185,000 I got it under contract. I listed the house for $120,000. I used Craigslist, the local real estate club page. I listed on MLS. So far I had 2 interested buyers but they want to see the place but it make it very hard since their tenants still living their. but so I have not been able to sell this property. What else am i missing that could help me sell this property? I could use some advice...
