Did you ever find a inexpensive wifi service to use for your cameras? I was hoping on doing the same for common areas but didnt want to add another bill to the house. Any cameras /wifis that you recommend?

So I purchased my investments properties, and there are two things I'd appreciate recommendations for:

1. What is a good security camera system to install but with no wifi? (or if can you lmk of a cheap wifi carrier/solution that will be used only for hallways and exterior cameras). I dont want to pay $50 a month for wifi on each property for only 4 cameras.

2. Electric heaters for apartment units. Any good and inexpensive brands that you reccommend?

Post: Solar Panels affecting credit

Im currently looking for an investment property , but that may take me 3-12 months before finding and finalizing it. Im also looking to lease solar panels for my resident home. Has anyone had solar panel lease negatively impact their debt to income ratio, credit or anything else that than caused them to be unable to move forward with the deal? Trying to see if its worth waiting off on solar panels or just installing them now (my current electric bill is high).
