This house in the city of  York PA has been kind to us, but time to move on.  Tenant leased until end of March.  In good repair, off street parking, yard, basement, w/d, wood floors, 3 stories.  Make me an offer!

Hi. I am new to being a "Pro" here and I just ran my first buy-and-hold analysis using the calculator provided. Wow, its awesome. I tried running it with progressively lower purchase prices, finally settled on the lowest one I dared offer. With that, the ROI comes out to 3.8% for the first year, the cap rate is 5.44%. It is a 2 family.

What should I be aiming for, would that would be considered a good return?

Hello! I am slowing funding my Self Directed IRA, and have a small amount of cash available. Has anyone experience Peer Lending? Might this be a good way to get that cash to work?
