Gosh, I have several and I will probably have more to add to the list. But here are a few.

Hello JY,

I just thought I would add to your list to learn from in real estate and I don't want to bombard you with suggestions, but you may want to look up products by Mark Evans DM. He is an excellent coach and mentor. He always teaches to start off wholesaling first so that you don't have to use any of your own money. He has a book out called "The Insider Secrets of the Worlds's Most Successful Real Estate Investors" In this book there are various real estate investors you can pull some golden nuggets from.

There are a lot of people to learn from but don't forget to take action!

I wish you the best.

Hello everyone,
I am looking forward to contributing and networking with the group. I have been investing in real estate for about 5 years. I have done a number of things. First deal was a duplex rental. I have also done a fix and flip, more rentals. Lately I have been doing quite a bit of marketing, putting buyers and sellers together with lease purchases or owner financing. Also, getting going with wholesaling and working with investors. And yes, I enjoy real estate quite a bit. :D

Happy New Year and the best to all.
