@David Tsedaka No the tax code was written by Government Bureaucrats and approved by a Natuonal citizen vote to penalize the Rich. Than was repelled by the Wealthy class's smart Accountants. Hence still today the Middle Class now assumed the brunt of the pain by paying the difference.

@Tim Herman  I had been replying on a Tablet previously so I learned something new already today. Thank you for your 1 house vs 5 house investment scenario. Funny I listened to almost the same yesterday on Audible, David Green's book "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat". We will definitely heed your great advice. 

Matt, I agree with your advice. But we're thinking we may have to move out of CO. to accomplish a two-fer with no loans involved. Which isn't a bad thing. I'm reading and listening to all I can absorb these days, the skies the limit. Thanks again
