Hey Boone,

Congrats on the flip man, I have family in the area and have been considering investing in the area. 

What is the market like over there? I see houses sit for a long time on Zillow. 

Is it hard to flip/wholesale there in your opinion?

I want to market for motivational sellers but everyone and their mom has "we buy houses" and I feel most people even motivated sellers think it's a gimmick/scam. Also, in our current market why wouldn't they just call an agent? There has to be a better way? If not, please explain.
