Hi BP folks.  I have a list of 5,000 leads, but they don't have zip codes. My crm requires the zip code to import the list. How can I get the zip codes for 5,000 leads without looking each one up individually, as that would take forever?  I've tried ai, google, but no solutions.

Hi. I’ve been having problems getting gov lists in SoCal. I went to the county assessor/clerk in riverside & San Bernardino, & they said they no longer have data like code enforcement, etc. they said they referred all that data to Parcelquest.com. Parcelquest charges $199/months for this data. The courthouse didn’t have it either. Is there any other way to get the lists in this part of Cali?

@Frank Patalano

For me the day job, & putting in time to finish this real estate course are what’s in the way. Plus, having no car right now.

Hey Bryan. Which REIA? I think there are like 4-5 REIAs in L.A. County. I still haven't picked yet. I'm leaning towards Sam's RE Club, and Prosperity Through Real Estate.

Hi Sean.  Thanks for the advice.  I live in L.A., but my target area is the Inland Empire; Riverside/San Bernardino, and nearby areas.  Right now I'm still building my buyer's list, checking fsbo's, and creating my website.  I'm planning to drive for dollars, place bandit signs, and eventually direct mail once I have the funds.
