Hey Dan
Thank you for responding.
As far as pple needing to submit their info twice, I have that resolved. But now I'm concerned about the double opt in I'm using for my squeeze pgs!! Will they take the time in checking their email for confirmation when they sign up???? I'm using Mailchimp btw so how would I go about disabling the double optin??
But I'm targeting those that are in pre-foreclosure and vacant homes. I'm driving them to my site via flyers/postcards. A few of my friends are handing out 5k postcards on tomorrow. So i'm hoping something will come from that.

OK. I need some advice/HELP. lol. What do you guys use for a "submission" site?? I have a squeeze pg but some of them may need to submit twice maybe more. But with a squeeze pg they can only use one email. if they use it multiple times it will only show up once with the more recent information....I need something that will show everything they submitted everytime with the same email they will use..... I hope this is making sense. But I'm in urgent need to have this up and running by Sat or the latest Sun. Please help
Thank you in advance

Your assumptions are right but there's nothing to it but to do it.

I look at it like this:
I GOTTA DO SOMETHING..........If i keep waiting on the "agent" that's all I will be doing.....waiting..If u want something done do it yourself......regardless of your lack of experience.....I can read and do know how to use google.

In my experience they are too busy or just don't return calls. I went through like 5. As you know wholesaling REO is a numbers game and many (in my experience) don't like to make that many offers on homes that maynot get accepted........how do u go aabout wholesaling REOs..J.Scott??

@J.Scott thankx for the detailed response. But I did two SS with a "mentor"......I have two PandS agreement forms I can look at for reference. For filling out the contract is not what im too worried about. I have a title agency that will do a courtesy close for a fee. So I would request that info to be sent to them (I'm planning to wholesale it).
@Mark my terms will be CASH, 30 days close...possible 7 day inspection.
Thank you for your replies

Ok I'm done trying to work with agents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I would like to start making offers on mainly REO's by going through the listing agent.
I looked at Stephs' article about finding the contact name and number of the listing agent of the property.
But what's the process????? What questions will they ask?? How would I sign the paper work once it is accepted?? How soon should I follow up?
