Four months ago, a team and I formed an LLC. We've completed the basics:

- Business Plan

- OA

- EIN

- Business Registration

We have a pretty good process in place that we’ve tested with properties that our parents own (estimating repairs and value analysis). Now we want to take the next step and close a deal.

Currently our goal is to wholesale a property. Any ideas on best practices to do this WITHOUT any actual capital?

@Cynthia Hartley Hello Cynthia. I’d also look into seeing if it can used for local events such as a food festival, cultural festival, holiday celebrations, etc. I’m willing to be that organizations are looking for low cost spaces for events. Glad to meet a fellow Marylander.
