Hi Tim and Yelena,

I'm down here closer to San Jose, luckily in a very strong school district (Cupertino). It's pretty tough finding rehab projects or wholesale deals in my neighborhood, but I'll find something with workable margins. Funny because 15 minutes down the road in San Jose, there are literally at least 100 REO's. My wife manages a Secondary Marketing Dept. at a mortgage bank... she analyzes risk, buys loans and then sells them to investors on the secondary market, she is incredibly knowledgeable and sharp as a tack. Right now I rehab and I'm starting to wholoesale so if you think I can help you in any way, please feel free to say hello and we'll talk. Have an excellent day!
