I took a 30 day trial of Doc Haller's commercial real estate investing course that ended up being a waste of time. He releases modules super slow, so I had no idea if later info would be useful. I'm an appraiser so I'm familiar with newbie commercial R.E. terms, but all I got in 30 days was newbie commercial R.E. terms and audio recordings of him getting asked newbie questions by the same lady. No creative deal structure, contracts, funding advice, or anything useful to someone who already understands why apartments, retail, mobile homes and the like exist. 

He also touted name your own price (pay what I thought it was worth) I made a offer but he did not honor his sales pitch. All he kept saying is, "I'm the only teacher you can communicate with, so pay my full asking price" mumbo jumbo. It didn't end well, for me at least. 

I understand there are newbies out here, but he advertised his course to be useful to any real estate level. I felt that it was a ploy not to release useful info, if it existed, until after the 30 day money back trial period. No money, no honey.

Anyway I wanted to know if anyone else has taken Howard Edward Haller (Doc) entire online commercial real estate course, If so, what was your opinion of the course?
