Post: Looking for land for multi-family development in Des Moines-Ames

Hi All, 

I am a developer/investor in CA, my cousin and I have a family business. We are very interested in finding a property in the Des Moines to Ames area and possibly anywhere in between. Goal is to find a property suitable to put up an apartment complex something around 40-50 units on a 1-2 acre property. Anyone have any brokers in the area they can refer me to?
