Hello everyone, the hampton roads area is a little expensive for new investors. This area does have a lot of multifamily homes. and that is the market I am looking to get into. Thank you for the support so far look forward to speaking with everyone and sharing ideas.

Hello my name is Reginald Greathouse and as the title says I'm located in Norfolk Va. I recently got into real estate from an course called fortune builders. I got some great business tips and learned how to evaluate deals. I have been reading biggerpockets articles and I enjoy learning from this site. So look forward to share some lessons I learned and to get as much info from the other members.
