Thanks all.  Just getting started.  I still work full time as an architect, and am trying to manage the fear of risk in transitioning out to do what I have always wanted to do!  I look forward to learning more in the blogs and forums, and hope to come up with a transition plan.  This site seems like it will provide some good support and structure.  I found it through a Facebook group I belong to, "Small Developers/Builders."  Wish me luck - any tips for a fledgling like myself are welcome!  Cheers -

I am investigating different neighborhoods and looking into duplex, tripled or quads to purchase, do moderate improvements  if necessary and hold for income property.
