Hey guys I'm pretty new to the area and I'm looking for other like minded people in Houston, TX or the surrounding areas. I'm currently living in Richmond, TX right outside of Houston. Are there any REIA's here or similar groups close by? Thanks in advance!

What’s more important when starting out education or networking with knowledgeable people?

I plan on having my property fumigated for Termites. Should the rent reflect tenant relocation since they wont be in the property for 3-4 days? I've thought about helping them I'm just unsure how.

Is adjusting comps by VALUE OF EACH characteristic of a property just a rule of thumb or is this a method everyone should use for they're ARV? I'm sure there are other methods.
