Aloha BiggerPockets Community!

I’m a new member currently living in Hawaii, but expecting to move out to the East Bay Area, specifically Concord, in the upcoming weeks or months. I was hoping to get great recomendations for an investor friendly real estate agent. My plan/hope is to buy a multifamily fixer-upper, rehab the property, and occupy one of the units with supplemental cash flow after renting the other units.  My current financing situation/options will largely determine my price range, which I will happily share with my potential agent, but at this time my range is between $400K and $700K.

Thanks in advance for all the recommendations. If any of you are in the Concord or Walnut Creek area, I’d love to meet up with you and grow our community when I officially move. Looking forward to some great recommendations!
